We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst specialized in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM.
Project: The candidate will act as the link between internal customers and the external vendor responsible for project implementation, working with other team business analysts.
1. Gather, analyze, and review internal customer requirements, maintain a backlog in collaboration with the external vendor and other Product Owners/Business Analysts.
2. Review each demand concerning the platform's out-of-the-box features, ensuring that any necessary changes follow ServiceNow best practices or propose alternative solutions.
3. Provide guidance on process evolutions and platform capabilities.
4. Stay updated on product evolutions in their area of focus and share relevant information within and outside the solution team.
5. Assist in organizing UATs and building/updating key test scenarios with the external vendor.
6. Propose improvement actions within their functional perimeter.
7. Drive functional workshops with end users, support the vendor and internal stakeholders, ensuring key topics are addressed.
8. Require 5-6 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
9. Experience with CSM and ITSM modules.
10. Good knowledge of ITIL.
11. Experience in large transformation projects is a plus.
