* 4+ years of experience in data analytics, digital strategy, or data product management, ideally within a consultancy or regulated industry (pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences).
* Proven expertise in Pharmacovigilance – mandatory understanding of safety data, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements in consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical R&D.
* Strong background in AI/ML, advanced analytics, and data product development, with hands‑on experience in Snowflake, AWS tech stack, and modern data platforms.
* Solid knowledge of data governance, data architecture, and integration within enterprise data lakes (e.g., SciLake or equivalent).
* Experience leading onshore and offshore teams of data engineers, analysts, and scientists in cross‑functional environments.
* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Data Science, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related quantitative field.
* Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and deliver end‑to‑end data products.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to thrive in complex, fast‑paced environments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
* Lead the delivery of innovative data & analytics products in the Science domain, focusing on Pharmacovigilance, Real World Evidence, and Regulatory use cases.
* Partner with global stakeholders to capture business needs, assess value, and translate them into prioritized data product backlogs using product discovery methodologies.
* Drive the full lifecycle of AI/ML and analytics solutions — from concept and design to deployment, monitoring, and retirement — ensuring business impact and scalability.
* Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and architects to develop and integrate advanced data products into the Science Data Platform, ensuring alignment with governance and architecture standards.
* Guide the adoption of cutting‑edge technologies and best practices in data warehousing (Snowflake), cloud platforms (AWS), and digital health ecosystems.
* Manage reporting and KPIs for data product portfolios, enabling leadership with timely insights on performance, ROI, and resource allocation.
* Contribute to the definition of AI/ML strategies and digital transformation initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to scientific and operational teams.
* Ensure seamless integration of new data sources and databases into enterprise platforms, supporting strategic decision‑making across R&D, Medical, and Regulatory functions.
