We are looking for a Business Analyst (Fluent English) (FULL REMOTE).
You will be responsible for conducting gap analysis, mapping source systems, ensuring continuous handover, and finalizing requirements. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our BI systems.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure business needs are properly analyzed and reflected in requirements documents.
* Prepare and manage the requirements document, including prioritization and change management.
* Act as the link between business and IT teams to increase customer satisfaction and manage expectations.
Requirements:
* Gather, analyze, and document project requirements.
* Collaborate with IT teams to determine solutions.
* Translate technical and business language effectively.
