Responsibilities
* Train DORC end users (surgeons and nursing staff) to safely use DORC products and ensure training commitments are met.
* Demonstrate equipment to doctors and hospital staff, with opportunities for cross-selling.
* Provide technical support during tenders and assist at workshops and congresses.
* Report training and competitor activities to the Regional Director and Headquarters.
* Stay updated on new instruments, disposables, and surgical techniques.
* Promote and introduce new DORC products to existing and potential clients.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years in Medical Sales or Clinical Applications (Ophthalmology experience required).
* Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* At least B2 level in English (verbal and written).
* Strong training, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of mechanics and technical issues or eagerness to learn eye surgery technical solutions.
* Customer- and service-oriented with a positive can-do attitude.
