Vandemoortele Spain is currently looking for a Plant Controller for a temporary maternity leave replacement.
We will need you to organise and maintain an efficient and economically sound financial planning and control system in line with Group and business line policies, procedures and systems, to monitor and control the production plants' results.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing of the 2 Spanish production sites in SAP.
* Prepare, analyze, and report monthly results, highlighting variances versus budget and prior year.
* Lead and coordinate the annual Budget process for the plants, working closely with operations and corporate finance.
* Provide financial support and analysis to plant management for decision-making.
* Monitor production costs, inventories, and variances to ensure proper cost allocation.
* Maintain and improve internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Skills & Requirements
· Hold a university degree in Economics or Business Administration
· Fluent in speaking and writing English.
· 3 years of experience in controlling departments preferably managing the control of the plant/s
· SAP Knowledge (Accounting module)

We offer an excellent work environment, and a salary range of between €45,000 and €55,000 gross per annum, plus a meal allowance of €208 gross per month. Possibility of working 50% of the working day remotely.
