SATLANTIS is looking for a **Recruitment Technician** to join its People department.
**Tasks and responsabilities**:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions (job postings, CV screening, interviews, etc.);
- Collaborate with Heads of Department to define hiring needs and job descriptions;
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process;
- Keep the Head of People informed about the progress and status of recruitment processes;
- Support the People Team in other processes: training and development, onboarding, management of new hires and exits, etc.
**Skills and experience**:
- Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or similar.
- Master’s in Human Resources Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 package.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving as a personal competency.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of labor laws.
**Languages**:
- Spanish C1
- English C1 (or equivalent)
