YOUR FUTURE ROLE
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering trusted relationships with your clients, measured through revenue growth, retention, and relationship health. In this senior position, you will guide our Spanish but also international across other Markets units clients on their journey with SAP Concur, ensuring they feel supported in achieving their strategic goals by leveraging industry insights and best practices. This role offers the opportunity to demonstrate leadership, mentor peers, and refine your unique talents in a dynamic, client-centric environment.
* Developing and maintaining strong executive-level relationships with each client through regular and strategic interactions.
* Preparing and delivering impactful, data-driven client business reviews.
* Building and executing a strategic territory plan to proactively engage clients throughout their lifecycle.
* Acting as a trusted advisor by offering deep industry expertise and extensive knowledge of SAP Concur products.
* Collaborating closely with Sales teams to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
* Ensuring portfolio excellence through comprehensive risk forecasting and management.
* Consistently achieving retention and revenue growth targets, with a focus on long-term client success.
* Driving thought leadership within the team and participating in advanced training and professional development programs.
* Leading and contributing to process improvement initiatives and organizational growth projects.
YOUR PROFILE
* Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese or Turkish is a plus.
* 5+ years of professional experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar fields, preferably in SaaS, Finance & Spend.
* Proven track record of exceeding customer retention and revenue growth targets.
* Strong ability to lead and influence client engagements, including executive-level interactions.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to ask thought-provoking, business-impacting questions.
* Skilled in managing complex, cross-functional relationships and portfolios with multiple stakeholders.
* Highly organized, adept at handling multiple priorities, and maintaining attention to detail.
* Adaptable to change and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
* Willingness to travel within the DACH region to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Advanced understanding of SaaS solutions, with experience in SAP Concur products being a significant advantage.
* Available to work on-site at least three times per week.
