You'll support our UK Finance Team from our Western European Shared Services Center (SSC) located in Barcelona, contributing to international projects in financial accounting, reporting, and business analysis.
Production of invoices (including fixed price and intercompany) and contract billing
Intercompany transactions, posting and reconciliation of IC accounts.
Create master data like customers, projects, contracts in SAP FI/CO/SD.
Carry out daily business support requests.
Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) support.
Collaborate with the UK and Barcelona teams to provide financial support and analysis.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
0–1 year of experience in financial accounting
Fluent in English
Well-versed in MS Office suite, especially in Excel, and ideally familiar with SAP
Experience with contract billing is a plus
