Creative Director – EdTech (French fluent)
Paradox EN is seeking a visionary Creative Director who will transform our personal brand ecosystem into a global, iconic company brand. This full‑time role can be remote or based in Dubai or Lisbon. French and English fluency are required.

Mission & Responsibilities
You will lead the Content Factory and build a “Dual‑Brand” strategy that amplifies both David Laroche’s personal brand and the Paradox company brand.
* Architect the Dual‑Brand strategy and maintain a symbiotic relationship between the two brands.
* Propose radical new formats (documentaries, reality shows, shorts) that shatter industry conventions.
* Define editorial lines for each platform (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn).
* Concept and deliver end‑to‑end productions: scripting, storyboarding, direction, and final cut.
* Recruit and coordinate external talent as needed.
* Lead the internal content team, set standards, and ensure every output meets Paradox aesthetics.
* Collaborate with the Head of Growth to produce acquisition‑oriented assets.
* Analyze metrics (CTR, CPL, retention) and iterate rapidly.
Required Experience
* Proven content builder with a media brand of 100k+ followers or millions of views.
* Editor and creative team leadership with a track record of elevating quality.
* Elite scripting skills: show examples of successful scripts.
* Experience crafting content that drives business results, not just vanity metrics.

Language Requirements
