The Security Education, Training and Awareness (SETA) Product Owner is responsible for delivering SETA products and services, including:
1. Security Education: Developing and delivering education tracks to enhance our teams' cybersecurity skills, including technical security curricula aligned with the NICE framework.
2. Security Training: Designing and implementing training services for all employee groups, addressing cyber threats, business security risks, and compliance requirements.
3. Security Awareness: Creating engaging awareness campaigns using creative formats and adaptive methods (e.g., Cybersecurity Awareness Month, mascots, branded merchandise). Managing ongoing training and testing programs such as phishing simulations and gamification.
4. Regional and Cultural Adaptation: Continuously tailoring SETA products and services to reflect regional, cultural, and business-specific risk profiles across the Liebherr group.
5. Performance Monitoring: Developing key risk indicators, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to support cultural transformation and enhance human resilience in information security.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with groups across the organization, including security, IT, HR, Communications, and Business Units, to promote adoption.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields, with 8+ years in information security and 4+ years in security education, training, and awareness. Preferred certifications include SSAP, CCAP, CAPC, and CISSP. Strong communication skills, instructional design experience, and cultural sensitivity are essential. Experience with agile methodologies like SAFe is highly desirable.
