We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team at the new facilities in Sant Quirze del Vallès. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, lead generation, campaign management, content creation, digital marketing, event participation, market intelligence, business development support, budget and vendor management, stakeholder collaboration, and professional development. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or equivalent. - MBA or master’s in related fields is a plus. - 5+ years of marketing experience in complex services, with at least 2 years in CDMO, pharma, or biotech. - Experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment. - 3+ years in market research, digital marketing, and data-driven decision-making. - Knowledge of the pharmaceutical value chain, regulatory environment, and B2B marketing in a CDMO setting. - Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. - Proficiency with CRMs, MS Office, and presentation tools. - Proven results-driven mindset, collaborative skills, and decision-making abilities. **J-18808-Ljbffr**
