PAt Körber Supply Chain, we are looking for a bSales Manager /b to strengthen our commercial team in Spain, focused on the development of our bparcel and intralogistics solutions portfolio /b. /ppbr/ppThis role is ideal for a commercial professional with experience in bparcel automation, sorting systems or material handling solutions /b, comfortable managing complex B2B sales processes and working closely with engineering and project teams to deliver high-value solutions. /ppYou will play a key role in bdriving market development /b, strengthening our customer portfolio and identifying new business opportunities within the parcel and e-commerce logistics sector. /ppbr/ppbLocation: /b /pp Preferably based in Madrid, although other locations within Spain can be considered. /ppbr/ppbYour responsibilities /b /pulliDefine and implement the sales strategy, aligned with the overall business strategy /liliIdentify key markets and strategic customers within parcel, courier/express and intralogistics sectors /liliDrive business development by strengthening existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities /liliLead the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity identification to proposal delivery /liliCoordinate closely with bid management and internal teams (engineering, project management, supply chain, finance, etc.) to deliver competitive solutions /liliPrepare and present technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with commercial, technical and financial objectives /liliContribute to the development of the sales organization and commercial infrastructure /liliDrive and monitor key market development initiatives /liliRepresent Körber in customer engagements and ensure an excellent customer experience /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we are looking for /b /pulli3–5 years of experience in sales within intralogistics, parcel automation or material handling solutions /liliExperience managing complex technical sales cycles and customer relationships /liliUnderstanding of parcel flows, sorting systems or high-throughput logistics environments /liliAbility to collaborate with engineering and technical teams to shape competitive solutions /liliStrong commercial mindset, with focus on results and customer orientation /liliStrong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills /liliDegree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar (preferred) /liliProfessional English is required; German is a plus /li /ulpbr/ppbWhy join Körber? /b /ppAt Körber Supply Chain, you will work in an international and innovation-driven environment, contributing to the development of advanced automation solutions for leading customers across multiple industries. /ppbr/ppbWe offer: /b /pulliFlexible working arrangements (hybrid model) /liliOpportunity to work on complex, high-impact automation projects /liliClose collaboration with experienced engineering and solution design teams /liliA role with high visibility and impact on business growth /liliWe also offer a bhybrid working model (three days of remote work per week) /b and bflexible working hours /b. /li /ul
