The Role
\nAs Art Director\n, you will own the visual execution of our creative output — leading design and video teams to deliver work that is both conceptually strong and flawlessly crafted.\n
You will translate high-level creative direction into finished, world-class assets, ensuring every detail meets the standard expected of a globally leading brand.

Responsibilities
\n• Lead and manage the graphic design and video editing teams\n, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and high creative standards\n
• Drive the\ncreative production process\nfrom concept through to final delivery
\n
• Translate the Creative Director’s vision into\npolished, production-ready creative
\n
• Take ownership of visual quality control\n, approving all assets before release
\n
• Ensure consistency and excellence across\nall brand touchpoints\n(digital, social, campaigns, in-venue, and beyond)
\n
- Elevate the standard of craft across design, motion, and content output
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and mentorship to creative team members
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, and external partners
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining precision and attention to detail
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, output quality, and creative efficiency

Qualifications & Experience
\n
• Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer\nin a fast-paced creative environment
\n
• Strong portfolio demonstrating\nhigh-level visual execution across design and video
\n
• Experience managing and directing designers and editors
\n
• Ability to take projects from concept to final delivery
\n
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite\n(Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
\n
• Strong understanding of\ndigital, social, and campaign-based content
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Passion for music, culture, and nightlife
\n
