Position: Master SchedulerLocation: SpainDuration: 2 years (Through 2027)Hours per week: 40-50Start Date: ASAPJob Description:Our confidential client is seeking a Master Scheduler to support project and production teams with end-to-end scheduling between the construction and production phases. This will be handling scheduling for commissioning, qualification, and testing phases. This role will develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timelines align with operational goals and milestones. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and able to translate real-world project activity into clear scheduling forecasts. This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to create logical, sequence-based test and production schedules. The role is best suited for someone who combines technical scheduling knowledge with practical, conceptual project experience.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.• Coordinate production and construction schedules, ensuring seamless handoffs between phases.• Manage commissioning and qualification schedules.• Create and manage test schedules, sequencing activities for equipment testing.• Support standard operating procedures and work instructions related to scheduling processes.• Provide forecasting and schedule updates to project and client teams.• Identify risks and potential delays, proposing solutions to keep projects on track.Must Have Skills:Experience with P6 or MS Project, strong conceptual and forecasting skills, and hands-on scheduling experience across production and construction environments.Bonus/Nice to Have:Prior experience with client-side scheduling or test equipment sequencing.
