PROJECT MANAGER - RENEWABLE ENERGY DEVELOPMENT
We are Grupo Enhol, a family-owned company and a benchmark in the energy sector, with a integral presence and over three decades committed to renewable energies. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead the development of innovative projects in the Western Balkans, working alongside multidisciplinary teams and international partners. The position should be based in Pristina (Kosovo).
- Lead the full development cycle of renewable energy projects (solar, wind, or hybrid), from early-stage origination to ready-to-build and commissioning.
- Identify and assess new project opportunities through greenfield development or acquisitions.
- Manage permitting processes, land agreements, environmental assessments, and grid connection procedures.
- Coordinate with technical, legal, financial, and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
- Engage with institutional stakeholders, regulatory bodies, municipalities, and local communities.
- Monitor relevant policies, grid capacity updates, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ensure that project execution adheres to quality standards, compliance regulations, and sustainability targets.
- Negotiating PPAs, managing energy sales, and sourcing corporate offtakers.
- 3–5+ years of experience in project development, business development or project management in the renewable energy sector.
- Driving license.
- Albanian: Native / English: Full Professional.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or Business.

The role involves both technical and administrative coordination and requires collaboration with internal departments, landowners, public authorities, and other stakeholders. The focus will be on building and executing a pipeline of projects, especially in Kosovo, Albania and the Western Balkans.
