Requirements
* Master’s degree in Law;
* 3-5+ years in IP & Marketing law with a proven track record of work with SEO, Affiliate and Media teams;
* Experience in Templates, Terms and Policies creation for various types of advertising contracts and models;
* Maintenance of agreements related with sponsorship;
* Ensuring Marketing teams websites legal compliance and maintenance of its good standing;
* Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for the project, with a proactive approach;
* Level of English (written and spoken) - B2-C1.
Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and maintain a variety of legal documents, including standard agreements, Terms & Conditions, NDAs, and internal legal templates.
* Providing of full legal support for marketing and advertising activities, partners programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and advertising regulations, particularly in the iGaming sector.
* Conduct legal research and regularly monitor changes in advertising, data protection, and commercial regulations across different GEOs.
* Support internal teams on a wide range of legal matters, contributing to cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
