We are growing and looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist Junior with energy, curiosity and passion for pharmaceutical marketing.
The role aims to grow and position our brands by planning, implementing and tracking Trade Marketing strategies to enhance visibility, presence and profitability at the point of sale.
Your day-to-day will be dynamic and diverse, combining analysis, creativity and strategy.
You will work closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure every commercial action, campaign or promotional material reflects the brand essence and reaches the consumer effectively.
Responsibilities
Analyze sales data and campaign results to detect opportunities and propose improvements.
Participate in the planning and execution of sell-out actions tailored to each pharmacy segment.
Coordinate promotional materials and commercial activations, ensuring visual and brand coherence.
Collaborate with external agencies and partners to develop engaging content and actions.
Support the sales network by designing tools and incentives to help achieve objectives.
What we are looking for
A degree in Marketing, Communication or Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, etc.).
At least 1 year of experience in a Marketing or Trade department within the pharmaceutical industry (OTC or dietary supplements).
Proficiency with Brevo, Canva, Power BI and advanced Excel to translate data into decisions and ideas into actions.
Analytical mindset, results orientation and attention to detail.
Proactive, organized and collaborative with a creative spirit and desire to make an impact on every project.
Rigorous but with a sense of humour, believing that campaigns involve people, ideas and projects with soul.
