About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead a small to mid-sized team of highly skilled engineers. This role requires a balance of technical leadership, strategic influence, and strong people management skills. You will drive execution across cross-functional initiatives, mentor engineering leaders, and foster a culture of collaboration, operational excellence, and innovation. You will report to the Engineering Director.
You Will
Lead and manage engineering teams; mentor managers and senior engineers
Drive delivery of major features and cross-team initiatives
Align engineering work with business priorities and product roadmaps
Solve moderately complex technical and operational challenges
Foster collaboration and break down silos across teams
Promote quality, automation, and process improvements
Communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders
You Have
10+ years in software engineering, with 3–5 years in management
Strong technical expertise in React, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, Next.js
Experience with CSS-in-JS, component libraries, Storybook, accessibility standards, and UX tools like Figma
Familiarity with API design/integration (REST, GraphQL) and security best practices
Skilled in unit and automated testing, CI/CD, Agile workflows, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills
Data-driven approach to improving delivery efficiency and quality
