If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where curiosity, trust, and impact matter, you'll fit right in /ppAs a bSoftware Engineering Manager for Agent Productivity /b, you will define technical strategies, oversee software development, and drive operational excellence to deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality solutions. /ppYour team focuses on : /pp- Developing an bAI-powered productivity assistant /b to enhance agent productivity /pp- Creating bintuitive and accessible /b conversation experiences /pp- Implementing bgrowth strategies to scale /b these services to numerous customers /ppYou’ll collaborate closely with product managers, customer-facing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical execution. /p /brbYour Responsibilities @ Aircall: /bulliDefine the technical vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs /liliOversee software design and architecture to ensure scalable, maintainable, and reliable solutions /liliRecruit, onboard, mentor, and provide feedback to team members while building an inclusive and collaborative culture /liliCollaborate with product and customer-facing teams to understand needs and prioritize features based on impact /liliManage timelines, priorities, and quality to ensure predictable and successful delivery of software releases /liliEnsure system reliability, availability, and performance through robust monitoring and alerting systems /liliWork with product, operations, and customer success teams to deliver holistic solutions /liliDrive initiatives to reduce technical debt, optimize processes, and improve team efficiency /liliUse customer feedback and analytics to guide product enhancements and iterative improvements /liliMeasure team performance (e.g., delivery velocity, uptime) and share updates with stakeholders /liliAdhere to security best practices and regulatory requirements /liliLeverage emerging technologies and tools to maintain a competitive edge /liliCommunicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, risks, and trade-offs /li /ulbQualifications /bulli5+ years of experience in back-end or full-stack development /lili2+ years of experience managing a team of Engineers /liliExpert level programming ability with Typescript/Javascript, Ruby, Python, or equivalent languages /liliProfessional experience in delivering software with a focus on security, scalability, availability, and performance /liliExceptional understanding of software development practices, scalable system architecture, and cloud-based platforms /liliFamiliarity with modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions /liliAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot complex issues /liliAbility to recruit, mentor, and retain engineering talent while fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture /liliExcellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across technical and non-technical teams /liliDemonstrated ability to balance short-term delivery goals with long-term technical investments /liliComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities /li /ulbWould be a plus: /bulli7+ years of experience in back-end or full-stack development /lili5+ years of experience of deploying software to cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) /liliExperience delivering and maintaining large-scale, customer-facing products with high availability and performance /liliBackground in leading teams that work with microservices, APIs, and distributed systems /liliKnowledge of advanced monitoring, observability, and incident response practices for production environments /liliFamiliarity with DevOps principles, infrastructure as code, and containerization /li /ul /brpAircall is constantly moving forward.
