Description :Product Marketing Director – Equipment, Robotics & Digital Solutions (Europe)Location: EuropeReports to: President EuropeWe are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Director to lead ESAB’s Equipment, Robotics & Digital Solutions strategy across Europe. This role will drive product marketing excellence, support commercial growth, and oversee our European Aftermarket organization.About ESAB:Founded in 1904 with the invention of the first welding electrode, ESAB has shaped welding and fabrication for more than a century. Today, with ~9,000 associates in 47 countries, we deliver leading solutions in welding, cutting, automation, robotics, and gas control.Guided by our purpose — Shaping the world we imagine — we continue to innovate and grow through our ESAB Business Excellence (EBX) model.Key responsibilities:Strategic & Commercial LeadershipDevelop and execute European strategies for equipment, robotics, and digital solutions.Lead go-to-market plans and product launches.Drive competitive positioning, portfolio growth, and commercial performance.Provide sales teams with tools, training, and insights to accelerate growth.Aftermarket & Service ManagementLead the European Aftermarket organization (incl. ARC network).Improve customer satisfaction through service quality, spare parts efficiency, and technical support.Standardize service protocols and enhance first-time fix rates.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Integral Product Teams, R&D;, Quality, Supply Chain, and Marcom.Manage escalations and support customer-facing initiatives, trade shows, and distributor events.Team LeadershipLead Product Marketing Managers, Robotic Business Development, Sales Support, and Aftersales Managers.Build a collaborative, high-performance, customer-focused culture.Your profile:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).10+ years’ experience in product marketing, commercial leadership, or business development in industrial equipment, automation, or welding.Strong experience in cross-functional leadership and aftermarket operations.Familiarity with robotics, digital platforms, and automation.Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.Willingness to travel approx. 30–40% across Europe.Why ESAB?Strategic European leadership roleHigh-impact position with visibility across the organizationHybrid/remote work options depending on locationLearning & development through LinkedIn Learning and EBXInclusive, collaborative, and growth-oriented cultureGlobal career development opportunitiesReady to make an impact?
