The selected postdoctoral researcher will develop an active role in the project.
He/she will collaborate in its implementation and in the organisation and development of seminars and conferences held within the framework of the project.
* Co-organise critical evaluation processes in the framework of the actual functioning of the constitutional reforms and citizens' assemblies studied in the project.
* Write reports on the status and findings of the project.
* Develop and manage databases.
* You will also carry out up to 30 hours of teaching per year.
* These tasks will be linked within the project to research lines 1 and 2, described above, and are expected to last for 2 years.

Remuneration of the contract
According to the remuneration tables for the category of Ordinary Researcher type 1 with teaching, in charge of research projects. This remuneration includes the teaching that may be carried out by the person researcher.
Eligibility criteria
Applications will be assessed on the basis of the following criteria (out of a total of 100 points):
* Knowledge and experience in normative legal analysis and comparative politics in areas of Law such as Democratic Theory and Constitutional Theory with attention to issues such as constitutional reform, citizens' assemblies and democratic participation (0-40 points).
* Experience in empirical research and database construction to be developed from research (0-20 points).
* Advanced level in English and Spanish (0-20 points).
The minimum score to pass the selection process is 80 points.
Selection process
The functioning of the selection committees will be in accordance with the Regulations on the functioning of the meetings of the collegiate bodies of the Pompeu Fabra University (Agreement of Governing Council of 9 December 2020), and the meetings must always be held synchronously. Where not provided for in these regulations, Law 26/2010, of 3 August, of the legal and procedural regime of the public administrations of Catalonia shall apply, without prejudice to the basic rules established in article 17 of Law 40/2015 of 1 October on the legal regime of the public sector.
In the sessions in which the candidates must participate, the presence in person of the candidates and, as a minimum, of the secretary of the Commission shall be ensured. In the event that a candidate accredits his or her residence outside Catalonia or justified circumstances prevent him or her from being present in person, he or she may request secretary of the Commission to participate remotely. The Secretary may admit this provided that does not affect the equal participation of the candidates in the tests and in the assessments to be made by the Commission.
