About the role
We are looking for an L1 SOC Analyst to contribute to a project with one of our global customers in the cybersecurity field.
Key responsibilities include analytical thinking and adherence to playbooks, while allowing for variations in standard steps.
Tools
Palo Alto XSOAR – used for CDC‑like incident management.
Palo Alto XDR – performs search queries to determine if a user’s device is truly compromised or a false positive.
ProofPoint – most incidents originate from here; knowing where to look for information speeds up triaging.
Microsoft – useful for gathering critical information such as a user’s connection status.
ServiceNow (SNOW) – analysts handle user requests and can close incidents as false positives when prior approvals exist.
