Professional Profile:
* Seniority : Senior (6-15 Y)
* Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on large-scale data migration initiatives.
* Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in complex, high-stakes environments.
* Demonstrated leadership in transformation or change management programs, preferably in commercial or enterprise settings.
* Expected start and end dates: from October 15th until end of December 2026
* Location: Madrid
* Context of the project: L2C, as part of the D&A team.
Expected activities:
* Contribute to the development and management of the E2E data migration strategy and detailed project plans.
* Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to define migration scope, timelines, and success criteria.
* Oversee data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
* Monitor data quality and integrity throughout migration activities.
* Manage migration risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
* Lead status meetings, provide regular progress updates, and ensure timely communication to all stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with data governance, quality and data management processes requirements during migration.
* Support the design and execution of data validation and reconciliation processes during the Testing and Cutover.
* Manage vendor relationships and third-party migration partners as required.
Expected skills
(methodologies eg. Agile, Safe, tools, level of knowledge of the tools, specifying what is a must have):
* Exceptional project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
* Expertise in Agile and Safe methodologies
* Expertise in data migration methodologies, tools (such as ETL platforms), and best practices.
* Strong understanding of commercial business processes and transformation programs.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills; able to manage complexity and ambiguity.
* Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and data management tools.
* Risk management and change management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
* Expected experience in specific domains (eg. projects related to data, etc):
* Extensive experience in leading enterprise-level data migration or system integration projects.
* Background in commercial transformation programs, preferably in industries such as retail, finance, telecommunications, or manufacturing.
* Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
* Understanding of data governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements
