Working within the Marketing Team and reporting to the Skin Health Group Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the portfolio of some of the Skin Health Brands across the Southern Europe & France cluster (Aveeno, Piz Buin and Regaine). Roles & Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for a portfolio of Skin Health Brands (Aveeno, Piz Buin and Regaine)
* Delivering the Business Plan for the brands.
* Work in close partnership with the regional franchise teams and country brand activation teams in order to assure strategic alignment and flawless execution on key initiatives for Aveeno, Piz Buin and Regaine across the cluster.
* Provide leadership and direction to the other functions on the development and deployment of key initiatives for the group of brands across the cluster.
* Lead local communications and media planning for the South Europe Cluster countries based on target consumer to ensure that media/comms budget is invested efficiently to drive maximum return.
* Engage with agencies to enable compliant, efficient, effective and timely adaptation/development of assets as well as assure consistent activation of the integrated marketing communication strategy for the brands.
* Work in close partnership with the e-commerce team to accelerate brand growth within this channel - Member of the e-commerce Squad for the Southern Europe & France Cluster.
* Tracking by cluster/market of KPIs - NTS, GP%, BC%, market share, SOV.
* BMEs management.
* Demonstrates excitement, passion and curiosity for our Brands, consumer insights, product formulations, competition and impactful claims.

Requirements
* College / University Degree in Business Administration, Publicity, Marketing, Economics, Pharmacy.
* +2/3 years of experience in consumer healthcare and/or goods marketing with successful track record.
* Previous experience in the Skin Health/Skin care business or professional marketing would be advantageous.
* English proficiency is mandatory. Other languages such Spanish, Greek, Italian, Portuguese and French are a plus.
* MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
