Role Mission We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Communication to lead the positioning, visibility and reputation of t2ó ONE across markets. This person will be responsible for shaping and executing the group's marketing and communication strategy, strengthening the corporate brand, supporting commercial growth, and ensuring consistent messaging internally and externally.The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, strong storytelling, brand-building expertise and hands-on execution. They should be comfortable operating in a dynamic, international and multi-brand environment.
Key Responsibilities Define and lead the overall marketing and communication strategy for t2ó ONE.Strengthen the company's brand positioning and market visibility across key geographies.Develop and execute corporate communication plans, including external communications, PR and executive positioning.Lead the creation of impactful marketing content, including presentations, case studies, website content, social media, newsletters and branded materials.Drive internal communication initiatives that reinforce culture, alignment and engagement across the group.Oversee the company's digital presence, including website, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.Coordinate industry events, partnerships, speaking opportunities and visibility initiatives for the company and its leadership team.Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all companies, markets and touchpoints.Work closely with senior leadership and country teams to identify strategic communication opportunities and priorities.Track and measure marketing and communication performance through clear KPIs and reporting.Manage external agencies, partners and suppliers when needed.
Profile & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.5+ years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, brand management or related roles .Proven experience in a leadership role within a marketing services, agency, media, consulting or professional services environment .Strong experience in corporate branding, content strategy, PR and executive communication .Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish .Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.Experience working in international and multi-stakeholder environments .Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. xiphtebHigh level of autonomy, business judgment and attention to detail.
