At FACTECH, we continue to grow and are looking for a System Administrator / Middleware Consultant to join an international project focused on infrastructure operations, middleware administration, and enterprise application support. This role combines system administration, database management, middleware support, infrastructure monitoring, and security compliance activities within a complex enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Perform system administration and maintenance activities across Windows and Linux environments.
Manage deployments, configurations, upgrades, and troubleshooting tasks.
Provide technical support for Java-based applications and enterprise middleware platforms.
Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of critical systems and services.
Administer and maintain middleware technologies including RabbitMQ and Redis.
Manage and optimize databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.
Monitor infrastructure performance using tools such as Zabbix and proactively address incidents.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support enterprise application frameworks.
Participate in vulnerability management activities and support security compliance initiatives.
Contribute to Zero Trust security architecture implementation and best practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Experience Systems Administration
Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server environments.
Solid Linux administration experience, including:
RedHat
CentOS
Ubuntu
Application & Middleware Support
Ability to read, analyze, and debug Java code.
Experience supporting Java-based enterprise applications.
Proven experience administering
RabbitMQ
Redis
Database Administration
Experience managing and maintaining
MySQL

Networking
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals:

Monitoring & Enterprise Frameworks
