Sales Digital Marketing Consultant (German & English) Hybrid in Barcelona

We're looking for enthusiastic, tech-savvy individuals to join our growing onboarding team. As a Sales Digital Marketing Specialist, you\'ll work closely with a portfolio of new clients, helping them launch their very first online advertising campaigns. Your role will directly impact their business success and youll grow your own skills in a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted digital marketing advisor to new clients, helping them create and optimize their PPC campaigns
Identify business needs and tailor advertising strategies that drive real results
Increase client engagement through upselling and strategic campaign improvements
Handle a high volume of client interactions via phone daily
Meet individual performance goals and contribute to team success
What Were Looking For
Fluency in German (C1/C2) and confidence in English (B2 or above)
1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online marketing
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Strong analytical thinking with a customer-first mindset
Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
