What we are looking for
The job of Spa Receptionist is successfully executed when:
* Provides a personalized service to the guest and gives all the necessary information regarding the Spa services and treatments.
* Manage and organize the appointments trough telephone and email.
* Compatibilizes reception duties with teaching yoga classes to clients.
* Promotes communication with all departments regarding issues that may affect guests and hotel operations in any way.
* Energy and material saving policy is followed and waste generated is recycled.
The usual responsibilities of the position include
Welcome guests, greet guests and members, explain, and up sell the facilities and services available. Assist in answering all telephone communication. Ensure guests are directed to desired locations for treatment and connected with the appropriate service. Schedule reservations of Spa services for guests. Assist with administration duties. Maintain daily operations, including opening, operating, and closing procedures.

Requirements
The person we are looking for must have the following qualities:
* Openminded, EU Citizenship & Studies suitable for the position is a must
* Focused on sales, service and highly oriented to customer and results.
* Speak Spanish and high level of English required (other language will be a plus).
* Knowledge and experience almost 2 years in 5‑star hotels, spa or relatives.
* Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
* Be dynamic, innovative and up to date with the latest treatment trends.
