Mission
To manage credit risk effectively by ensuring timely customer payment allocation, maintaining accurate customer master data, and supporting compliance with withholding tax requirements—enabling smooth financial operations and consistent adherence to company credit policies
Job Description
* Credit Management
* Block Customer Accounts: Review of customer account aging and block accounts overdue by more than 60 days or exceeding credit limits. (Weekly, SAP)
* Monitor Credit Utilization: Track customer credit utilization to ensure compliance with credit limits. (Weekly, SAP)
* Issue Dunning Letters: Send reminders and letters to overdue customers. (Twice per month, SAP)
* Release Orders: Approve and release blocked orders. (Daily, SAP)
* Customer Payment Allocation
* Send Allocation to OTC: Provide allocation details to OTC team and review once allocated. (Daily, Email, SAP)
* Payment Reversal Requests: Send email and get BE approval for reversals. (Daily, Email)
* Reconcile CN & Invoices: Match credit notes with corresponding invoices. (Daily, SAP)
* Reconcile Advance Payment & Invoices: Match advance payments with invoices. (Daily, SAP)
* Check AR Aging: Review accounts receivable aging for overdue accounts. (Daily, SAP)
* Issue E-CR: Issue E-CR for direct deposit payment. (Daily, SAP)
* Master Data – Customer Maintenance
* Create/Update Customer Master: Maintain customer master data including sold-to/ship-to details. (Upon request, SAP/C4C)
* Clean Inactive Accounts: Identify and flag inactive accounts for deletion. (Upon request, SAP)
* Coordinate with Sales: Obtain complete details/documents for ticket creation for payment terms. (Upon request, Email)
* Master Data Troubleshooting: Respond to and escalate master data issues. (Upon request, Email, SNOW)
* Customer Quality Dashboard: Monitor and ensure accuracy of customer master quality. (Weekly/Monthly, Power BI/SAP)
* CWT (Creditable Withholding Tax)
* Follow-up on Uncollected CWT Certificates: Monitor and follow up via email. (Monthly, Email, Excel)
* Match Received CWT Certificates, and Uploading as attachment List and updating GL account per transaction level: (Daily, Email, Excel, PDF)
* Resolve CWT/Invoice Queries: Address customer queries related to CWT and invoices. (Daily, Email, SAP)
* Other Responsibilities
* Emails: Respond promptly to emails. (Daily, Email)
* Shared Mailbox: Monitor and respond from shared mailbox. (Daily, Email)
* Courier Arrangement / CTB Collection: Arrange cheque collection (outsourced). (As needed, Email)
* Raise Tickets: Log technical issues via SNOW. (As needed, SNOW)
* Other task that may be assigned
To succeed, you will need
Experience Requirements
* Work experience in Credit Control an advantage
Knowledge
* Computer literate
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Driving skills an advantage
* SAP (FSCM) Experience is an advantage
Personality Requirements
* Strong knowledge of SAP and related systems.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
