Public Funding Controller Trainee responsibilities
Support in the projects that could receive a Tax Credit or Grant
Encourage Valeo Team (R&D; Technical people in site) to gather the information needed to complete the files to submit the different projects
Support in preparing dossiers (Tax Credit & Grants) with consultants (applying all Valeo compliance rules)
Apply the standard in Tax Deduction, in order to implement the same dossiers in all the Spanish plants
Support preparing the dossier, analyse the cost of Activities, analyse the people and the suppliers, in order to get the Budget
Compile the technical Files in order to share with the consultant to complete the dossier
Follow up the completion of the dossiers until get the Entity Certificate or the Grant
Fill and complete the Monthly Report
Prepare and follow the sign of GATA (Grant Accounting Treatment Approval)
Prepare and follow the sign of FAR (Founding Authorization Request)
Monitoring and control of the process for the approval / signing of projects and final certification
