For one of our main IT customers based in Pozuelo de Alarcón, we are looking for an Advertising Account Manager profile for a maternity leave cover, to play a crucial role in managing and executing various projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth operation of advertising initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing lead generation operations, technical setups, billing processes, and performance reviews, contributing to the overall success of the advertising operations. A balance of doing and influencing is required - in partnership and close collaboration externally with Native Advertising Partners and internally with Business Development, Finance, News, ENG, Network Quality & Policy, Business Operations, Legal, the Advertising Business Group (GABT).

Key tasks:
* Manage standard and non-traditional Native Advertising monetization integrations in partnership with markets, developers and vendor teams.
* Foster and maintain deep relationships with internal and external partners. Ensure stakeholders are well informed of product development current capabilities and future progression.
* Provide insights and updates on business performance, sharing monthly reviews and discuss growth initiatives with external stakeholders, aligning on future plans and strategies.
* Address technical issues and provide support to ensure that all systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
* Provide updates on business performance and share insights on potential growth opportunities.
* Support the team on partner coordination to assure revenue optimization and smooth management for estimates and invoicing.
* Stay abreast of the digital monetization landscape, continuously identifying potential course corrections.
* Provide feedback/input into the prioritization of internal tools, systems, alerting and reporting that will drive yield and PSAT.
Candidate Requirements:
* Knowledge of digital media and partner sales/management pivot on the space; including 3+ years of some combination of Operations and/or Sales, Service, Product, Publisher experience.
* Excellent Excel skills.
* Experience in Power BI or similar will be valued.
* Experience with digital media buying reserved and/or RTB adverting buying motions.
* Knowledge of digital advertising strategies, platforms, advertiser value prop, and industry trends (Native Advertising experience a plus).
* Previous professional experience conceptualizing and overseeing innovative advertiser solutions, working with a global scope of perspective and creating advisory for course correction.
* Ability to identify required resources and gather requirements, drive a sense of common purpose and shared goals/vision, and deliver results as an outcome of ongoing or time bound work.
* Ability to move easily and constantly across functions (Sales, Ops, Strategy) and partner sets (Publisher, BD, Finance, ENG, Sales…).
* Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
* Technical proficiency in setting up and managing advertising platforms.
* Strong analytical skills to monitor projections and performance.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

* High personal accountability for self and others.
* University degree or commensurate experience required, MBA a plus.
