Infovista Corporation is seeking a sales-driven individual with outstanding communication skills, excellent technical expertise, the ability to build relationships with customers, and experience in earning customers' trust in complex sales cycles. This position will challenge the successful candidate to excel in various areas and offer significant opportunity for reward and growth.As the Account Director for Service Providers, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, enhancing current client relationships, and developing new business with prospective clients. The candidate will need a “hunting” persona for new logos and expansions in existing client bases. The role requires building on a background in service assurance, network testing/optimizations, and other telecom technologies to establish credibility with existing customers, partners, and prospects.The candidate will navigate within customers' organizations to reach key technical buyers and decision-makers, becoming their trusted advisor and expanding within Infovista’s accounts to grow the current footprint. The role involves driving innovation, automation, and value, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams such as Product Development and Professional/Technology Services to ensure successful deployments. The candidate will leverage sales experience to secure business in competitive situations, with a focus on meeting sales goals. Strong sales skills with a drive for results and targets.Experience in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or other OSS solutions.Ability to develop strategies focusing on territory and key accounts.Industry experience and key relationships with C-Level and senior management.Strong communication and influence skills, both written and verbal.Ability to communicate technical concepts to all levels within customer organizations.Understanding how technical sales influence business cases;
ability to coordinate internal resources.Team-oriented selling;
proactive internal communication and leveraging presales, product management, R&D, and professional services.Technical Knowledge:
Strong knowledge in Service Assurance, network testing, and OSS solutions.Knowledge of the CSP market in OSS, network engineering, optimization, and operations.Strategic thinking and process development skills.Ability to build strategic plans for complex deals and defeat competition.Strong analysis, business acumen, and vision.Inspiring presence and charisma.Assertiveness to defend company standards and interests.Prioritization and adaptability skills in a dynamic environment.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities.Experience required:
7+ years in building and managing customer or vendor relationships, including senior executives.
