* Manage designated pipeline, make outbound calls, and meet with groups of restaurants and chains.
* Identify and engage with the right interlocutors (CEO, Operations Manager, Marketing Manager, etc.).
* Negotiate terms, including rates and margins, and close new business.
* Position our distribution platform and value proposition consultatively.
* Engage with prospective customers according to their needs.
* Adapt customer engagement strategies to overcome objections and identify solutions to roadblocks.
* Represent our brand and platform professionally and effectively.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Collaborate with sales operations, support, and account management teams to ensure a smooth sales cycle.
* Demonstrate determination and resilience in facing obstacles.
* Engage with destination marketing organizations and trade groups to attract customers.
* Travel to attend trade events, participate in regional speaking engagements, and internal meetings as needed.

Who you are?

* 4-5+ years of sales experience, preferably with an online company.
* Native Spanish speaker with a good level of English.
* Experience in the travel industry, especially tours, activities, or attractions, is preferred.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Proven track record of contracting new business and exceeding sales targets.
* Experience managing territory and pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and relevant languages of the territory.
* Results-driven with a hunter mentality and relentless drive to acquire new customers.
* Self-starter capable of working independently.
* Confident, energetic, flexible, adaptable, organized, and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor’s Degree.
* Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
