Data Scientist

Main responsibilities:
* Explore trends and insights by independently exploring complex datasets and resolving intricate data challenges.
* Build and deploy full-cycle data science solutions—from exploratory analysis to scalable, high-performing models—focused on improving ad targeting, bidding, and campaign results.
* Work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to turn requirements into impactful, data-driven strategies that boost advertising performance and ROI.
* Improve and fine-tune existing ML models and data pipelines within the ad-tech space, ensuring they remain efficient and aligned with a fast-moving market.
Core Skills/Experience :
* 3+ years of experience in data science, preferably in a product-focused environment
* 2+ years of experience in AdTech (or related field).
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn how to derive insights from datasets.
* Solid understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning fundamentals.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Tech Stack :
* Proficient in Python and SQL
* Experience with frameworks such as PySpark and Pandas
* Skilled with cloud services (e.G., AWS)
* Hands-on experience in DNN model training libraries and frameworks (e.G., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hydra, Comet)
* Experience in the AdTech industry is required
