Job Description:

Hikmicro, formerly Hikvision's Thermal Imaging department, is now a standalone subsidiary with a strong R&D team and engineering resources dedicated to providing high-quality, state-of-the-art products.

Position: Business Development Manager – Hunting and Outdoor Market

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of hunting and basic experience in electronics. A licensed hunter is highly preferred. The main responsibility is to develop the hunting market by approaching and building relationships with Distributors, Dealer Shops, and End Users.

Key attributes include:

* Strong business sense
* Hunting experience
* Active social media user (Instagram/Facebook) with a large following
* Experience in retail and stores
* Integrity, trustworthiness, honesty, enthusiasm, and responsibility
* Proficiency in English
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

The Business Development Manager will act as an ambassador for Hikvision, with key tasks including:

* Developing the hunting market, visiting dealers/shops, promoting the brand, conducting display instructions, organizing activities/events, building relationships, and conducting market research and surveys
* Identifying business opportunities and growth points
* Addressing dealer and end-user pain points and providing support
* Presenting solutions to potential customers
* Supporting marketing activities at trade shows and events
* Collaborating with regional sales teams
* Lobbying in associations and interest groups
* Assisting in project specifications with consultants
* Positioning HikMicro as the preferred product for consultants
* Preparing management reports
Your Profile:
* Proven negotiation skills at the corporate level
* Open-mindedness to working in a multicultural environment
* Self-driven and ambitious
* Strong English communication skills, both oral and written
* Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
