Experteer Overview
In this role you manage the Renault Group LATAM relationship and lead cross-functional RFQ responses to secure profitable business. You negotiate contracts and prices, drive day-to-day sales operations, and ensure offers progress through contract stages. You’ll act as a brand ambassador while collaborating across teams to improve efficiency and protect company interests. Based at Madrid head office with potential LATAM travel, you’ll help shape regional growth for a global powertrain leader.

• Manage the full business lifecycle with Renault Group LATAM as the primary commercial interface across entities
• Lead RFQ responses by coordinating sales, pricing, engineering, finance, and supply chain teams
• Prepare and negotiate professional business offers, aligning with internal standards and plans
• Negotiate contractual and transactional prices for projects and serial-life business to ensure profitability
• Drive day-to-day sales operations and resolve operational issues to protect commitments
• Monitor and update offers across contract stages and price evolution
• Contribute to continuous process improvement across sales and cross-functional workflows
• Act as a brand and team ambassador, fostering internal collaboration and customer relationships
Responsabilidades
• Proven track record managing complex key accounts in automotive and leading direct customer negotiations
• Proven track record delivering profitable growth through pricing, contract management, and RFQ management
• University degree in Business Management, Finance, or Automotive / Industrial Engineering
• Outstanding negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, hands-on mindset
• Knowledge of the automotive industry, powertrain businesses, and complex B2B commercial models
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish proficiency and LATAM experience is a strong advantage
