Position Summary
Field Sales Engineer – start as soon as possible. In this dynamic role you manage existing accounts, identify new market opportunities, and lead the entire sales process from technical consulting to closing deals. You thrive on building strong client relationships and delivering innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
* Full responsibility for turnover and results in your sales area – manage an existing client base and develop important potential customers.
* Acquire new customers and identify new market potentials.
* Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations.
* Provide customers with technical advice and consulting on complex application solutions.
* Lead the entire sales process up to closing.
* Implement corporate marketing and sales strategies in your area.
* Actively participate in trade fairs and attend conferences and meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
* Degree in electrical engineering, STEM, or comparable qualification.
* Industrial automation knowledge and experience working in a field‑based role with customers.
* Strong negotiating and communication skills with the ability to get things done.
* Detailed knowledge of automation solutions and applications in the target industry.
* High level of self‑motivation to develop new customers and identify additional potential with existing customers.
* Team player who is goal‑ and result‑oriented, characterized by efficient and structured working methods.
