Mantell Associates is currently partnered with an expanding Pharmaceutical organisation specialising in Generics, in their search for a Head of Sales to become part of their strong Commercial team.
Head of Sales - Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce the company's sales strategy, in collaboration with the business and Board members, aimed at expanding the company's activities beyond its current scope- Lead and expand the company's sales team, in line with the agreed strategy, to surpass business expansion and profitability goals- Implement global sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive revenue growth- Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team- Build and develop a dynamic, fast-growing, and entrepreneurial sales team- Identify new strategic business opportunities through targeted prospecting and close new deals- Foster and develop relationships with new companies and institutions
Head of Sales - Requirements:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or any other related field to Life Science- Extensive working experience in a Sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment- Possess interpersonal skills that will encourage openness and trust both internally and externally- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
