Responsibilities
* Provide first-line customer support to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
* Daily interaction with the Sales team to ensure coordination of team activities
* Be the first point of contact for all customer support and sales administration, including invoicing and payment coordination
* Maintain accurate customer records
* Collate technical or clinical issues to process escalations
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks
* Administration of invoices for customers, including checking orders and issuing invoices in line with guidance from the finance and supply chain department
* Coordinate payment collection from customers;
healthcare entities, hospitals, clinics, etc.
* Assist in preparation of sales presentations and proposals
* Maintain and update customer databases and sales documentation
* Coordinate sales meetings and product demonstrations
* Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards
* Follow up on sponsorships, invitation letters, MATs numbers — monthly reports of the billing status
Events Support
* Assist in organizing medical team training events, workshops and certification courses
* Support setup of training materials and demonstration equipment for medical sessions
* Help coordinate hands-on training events at hospitals and medical centers
* Maintain training schedules, participant records, and post-event documentation
* Assist with travel arrangements, transfers and bookings when necessary
Requirements
* 2 years administration in med-tech or similar
* Knowledge of invoicing systems and accounts receivable processes
* Experience working with CRM systems
* SAP experience
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Professional communication skills by phone and email
