About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in supporting our client in the aviation industry.
ResponsibilitiesBe a Scrum master for 1-2 scrum team(s) with a focus on coaching the team(s) towards self-organization and continuous improvementFacilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives), discussions and decision makingAssist the product owner(s) with creating and maintaining a healthy and ordered and product backlogRemove impediments and foster a productive environment for team membersTrack and report on key Agile metrics to stakeholdersEnable cross-team coordination. Take responsibility for managing dependencies between your team(s) and third parties
RequirementsFluent in English (spoken and written)Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead rolePeople-focused;
Empathetic, courageous,open and energetic with a natural tendency to improve others.Proven experience working with multiple Scrum TeamsStrong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM II or higher) is desirableAvailability to travel occasionally to Ireland
