new Area Sales Manager Radiation Oncology
to oversee our business in Central Spain.From your home office, you will have the freedom to use your innovative approach to sales to achieve targets, ensure profitability, and grow the business. You will be responsible for sales activities and pursuing ongoing expansion of business development opportunities together with our strategic partners. As Area Sales Manager, you'll be the face of Brainlab. Training will take place at our headquarters in Munich, where you'll periodically travel.On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to:
Engage and build meaningful relationships with customers and partnersFoster existing relationships and create a trusting foundation for further opportunitiesEnsure timely involvement in all applicable tenders, working together with customersTravel to existing customer hospitals to expand the product portfolio at those sitesVisit new customers to develop our business and lead/manage the complete sales processCommunicate with strategic partners and develop a creative mid- and long-term strategy in alignment with Brainlab's corporate strategyGather accurate forecasts and applicable data to perform budget planningGenerate and maintain a complete and consistent customer database for the assigned territoryAttend national and international meetings and symposiaQualifications:
At least 2 years of working experience in sales, preferably capital equipment salesExperience in a medical/engineering environment is a plusA high level of enthusiasmWillingness to learnStrong organizational and negotiation skillsA deep sense of commitment and initiativeMandatory fluency in Spanish and English;
Portuguese is a plusWillingness to travel (80%)Additional Information:
