The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical support, ensuring smooth operations of end-user devices, applications, and IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Windows and macOS environments, and delivering excellent customer service to internal users. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliProvide 1st and 2nd line desktop support for onsite and remote users. /liliInstall, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals. /liliSupport Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools. /liliMaintain and troubleshoot user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory / Entra ID. /liliAssist with mobile device management (MDM) for iOS and Android devices. /liliManage incidents, service requests, and escalations through ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow). /liliCollaborate with infrastructure and network teams for issue resolution. /liliPerform routine system checks, software patching, and updates. /liliDocument technical procedures, knowledge base articles, and support guidelines. /liliEnsure adherence to IT policies, security, and compliance standards. /li /ulpstrongRequired Skills Experience /strong /pulliProven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, IT Support Specialist, or similar role. /liliStrong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 suite. /liliExperience with Active Directory, Exchange/Outlook, and basic networking. /liliFamiliarity with MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, Jamf) is an advantage. /liliGood troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. /liliStrong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills (Spanish and English). /liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. /li /ul
