Your Role and Responsibilities
The role is pivotal in defining and ensuring adherence to AXA group standards and guidelines for claims cost containment across AXA Health Entities. It focuses on promoting technical excellence, consistency, and governance in areas such as provider management, medical cost control and fraud, waste and abuse prevention. Acting as a global reference point for best practices, the person drives alignment, capability building, and strengthens overall effectiveness of health cost containment across AXA’s markets.
Key Missions
* Define, maintain and ensure adherence to AXA’s global standards and guidelines for claims cost containment.
* Collaborate with entities from across Europe, Asia and LATM to drive and accelerate technical excellence and contribute to AXA’s overall strategy.
* Support the development of technical capabilities and best practices within local teams through training, guidance, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
* Lead in-depth reviews for claims cost containment topics, ensuring adherence to group standards and identify areas of improvement.
* Collaborate with local teams to create an impactful and measurable action plan for improvement.
* Lead on the follow-up of these actions to ensure they have been successfully implemented.
Your Profile
* At least 8 years of international experience in health insurance, focused on claims management, provider relations, third-party administrator (TPA) oversight, and network development.
* Proven track record in leading third-party administrator (TPA) strategies, network negotiations, and claims cost containment initiatives across multiple regions.
* Strong experience in claims transformation and operational process improvement.
* Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and cross-cultural collaboration capabilities.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
