They are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Controller to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in monitoring costs, analyzing supplier performance, and ensuring transparency and efficiency within the purchasing function.

Main responsibilities
- Analyze monthly food costs by restaurant, category, and period, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions
- Monitor and explain differences between theoretical and vigente consumption (waste, stock errors, recipes, etc.)
- Prepare and present recurring cost control reports to Purchasing, Operations, and Finance teams
- Collaborate on improving purchasing, inventory, and cost control processes
- Ensure data integrity and consistency in collaboration with BI and systems teams
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations in BI tools
- Validate KPIs such as pricing, stock coverage, consumption, and purchasing performance
- Conduct audits on restaurants, orders, and inventories to ensure compliance
- Support cross-functional teams to align purchasing with business needs
- Provide insights and analysis to optimize suppliers and supply chain performance
- Support ad-hoc analysis and participate in automation and process improvement projects
Core skills/experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in purchasing controlling, food cost, or similar roles (F&B; or hospitality is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing processes, and cost control
- Proactive attitude with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with ERP systems is valued
