HAYS Technology is collaborating with the leading company in the pharmaceutical sector. brWe are looking for a Business Analyst to expand their team. brWhat would your duties be? brWorking closely with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and product requirements to ensure we meet business goals. brDesign research studies and analyze global survey data (Medical and Commercial). Define and monitor KPIs. Provide insights and reports to regional and global teams with recommended actions to help make business decisions. brAct as contact point for internal Customers and leadership brOversight on-going surveys (quality of answers, prepared reports, etc.) brDeveloping and enforcing data policies, overseeing data collection and usage, and collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain data standards, quality and governance. brProviding support in design and access management to improve applications and data sources. Which are the requirements for this position? brThe person should be familiar with pharma industry. Experience in medical insights is a plus. brGood communication presentation skills. brExperience in IT projects and software development highly desirable. brConfident with the usage of the following tools would be a plus: Qualtrics, Tableau or SQL and Veeva- Salesforce. brFluent in English, further languages are highly appreciated (Spanish is a plus) What do we offer? brPermanent contract with Hays to provide services to the client. brFlexible working hours. brHybrid work model with onsite attendance once per month — Location: Sant Cugat.
