Principales responsabilidades
* Liderar y motivar el equipo de ventas regional, promoviendo la colaboración interfuncional y el desarrollo del talento.
* Coordinar el equipo multifuncional del área, asegurando la integración y alineamiento con los objetivos de la compañía.
* Implementar estrategias comerciales y planes de negocio en cuentas hospitalarias, maximizando resultados y alcanzando los objetivos de ventas.
* Analizar e investigar el mercado, la competencia y las especificidades del territorio, anticipando tendencias mediante herramientas digitales e inteligencia artificial.
* Impulsar la omnicanalidad y la innovación en la gestión de cuentas, involucrando a las partes interesadas internas y externas.
* Evaluar periódicamente el desempeño del equipo, integrando el coaching como herramienta clave de desarrollo.
* Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente, políticas y procedimientos internos, así como la correcta gestión administrativa.
Requisitos
* Titulación universitaria en Ciencias de la Salud.
* Experiencia consolidada en ventas.
* Liderazgo transformador, visión estratégica y orientación a resultados.
* Capacidad analítica para transformar datos en información útil y tomar decisiones basadas en evidencias.
* Habilidad para gestionar y acelerar el cambio, impulsando nuevas iniciativas y mejoras sostenibles.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
* Ubicación: Zona norte de España (con residencia preferiblemente Bilbao o Cantabria)
Deseables:
* Gestión de equipos comerciales.
* Conocimientos de inglés.
* Se valorará experiencia en el área geográfica asignada.
* Manejo de herramientas digitales, inteligencia artificial y fluidez digital.
