About the role
Compliance ensures Revolut’s products and processes meet regulatory standards and deliver excellent customer outcomes. The team is data-driven and skilled at finding solutions in a digital environment. With expanding insurance products, our Compliance team is growing. We seek an Insurance Compliance Manager to oversee the regulatory framework for insurance distribution, ensuring consumer protection practices remain compliant. This is a hands-on role.

What you'll be doing
* Advising on compliance requirements for insurance products and controls
* Supporting insurance distribution operations across the EEA
* Creating, assessing, and implementing policies
* Reviewing insurance initiatives and providing compliance feedback
* Managing training programs
* Assessing and approving marketing communications
* Analyzing customer complaints for compliance risks
* Collaborating to improve customer outcomes
* Conducting compliance monitoring
* Horizon scanning across countries
* Interpreting regulations into business actions
* Mapping regulatory requirements to controls and addressing gaps
* Working with Risk and Legal teams on compliance issues
* Proactively identifying regulatory issues and recommending solutions
* Liaising with stakeholders, including regulators
What you'll need
* Experience in compliance risk management
* Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis and policy creation
* Expertise in insurance distribution and FOS models
* Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
* Understanding of compliance and business risk interplay
* Effective communication skills with teams and regulators
* Attention to detail and sound judgment
* Analytical and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of insurance intermediary regulations
* Willingness to develop expertise in crypto and privacy areas
