Performance degradation management, especially timely identification, analysis for major issue based on rich optimization experience
Act as main interface for customer for RAN performance reporting & degradation identification, attend meetings with customer
On call availability from 7am to 11pm, to reply to urgent phone calls related with network performance problems(on call: 2 weeks per month).
6 years of experience in Radio optimization & planning services.
~ Advanced knowledge about radio KPIs (2G/3G/4G/5G) optimization, proficient in KPI optimization, parameter tuning, and related optimization activities.
~ Experience in Orange/MasMovil/Masorange optimization project delivery is preferred.
~ Proactive and eager to face challenging customer & project
~ English and Spanish, English (B2/C1) is a must.
KPI monitoring and report: based on customers’ requirements, define KPI monitoring report and process to identify performance issue timely.
# KPI performance degradation detection: Define or update rules to detect performance degradation, create tickets to track the issue, for major and critical issue, escalate by different ways and track
# For critical degradation, join analysis with customer, Huawei R&D, to provide proactive, timely troubleshooting to fix the issue in shortest period.
