How will your day-to-day look with us? The Travel Customer Service Specialist implements the necessary means for the service and coordinates assistance operations, offering the best solutions to our clients by mobilizing our networks and teams of experts. The specialist finds focused solutions with a digital orientation. Main tasks include:
* Advising and orienting customers towards appropriate solutions, offering rapid and tailored customer care responses in line with their policy coverage.
* Dealing confidently with different customer types regardless of their status, culture, or behavior.
* Encouraging close collaboration between operations and internal teams by providing clear case management plans and explaining client situations.
* Advising on medical claims decisions when necessary, ensuring safe and cost-effective service delivery.
* Promoting excellent communication across all job interfaces.
* Ensuring all protocols for delivering world-class customer service are current, compliant, and adhered to.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
* Effective communication skills in English; high proficiency in Spanish is desirable.
* Sensitivity and empathy to handle distressed customers and their relatives.
* Excellent customer service skills.
