Mekanism is looking for a strategic, analytical, and hands-on SEM/PPC Campaign Manager to lead performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes paid media, thrives on results, and has deep expertise in managing cross-platform performance campaigns that generate measurable growth.
What You'll Do
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Own day-to-day account management including keyword strategy, bidding, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
Monitor performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS and CPA.
Collaborate with creative, analytics, and client teams to ensure cohesive messaging and landing page alignment.
Generate performance reports, develop strategic recommendations, and present directly to clients.
Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats.
What We're Looking For
3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Proven success driving B2C and/or B2B lead generation and ecommerce performance.
Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, pixel/tracking implementation, and remarketing.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
